Cancellation Policy
A booking is considered confirmed once the required non-refundable deposit is received. Deposits are due within 48 hours of booking. Without a deposit, we cannot guarantee that your requested date and time will be held. All activities are subject to availability. Dates and times are not guaranteed until confirmed. Scheduling may be adjusted due to weather or safety considerations. If this occurs, clients will be offered an alternative date.
